Submit An Event By Mail

To submit your event for inclusion in next year's print magazine, please print our event submission form and mail it to the address on the form.


How To Submit An Event

Step One:

Go to the event calendar. You can reach it by clicking "CALENDAR" from the navigation menu above.

Step Two:

In the upper left hand corner of your browser window, hover over the word "Events". A Drop down menu will appear. Click "Add New Event".

Step Three:

Input all vital information for your event in the form provided. Under "Brief Description" you should put the title of your event. Do not forget a source for more informtaion, whether that be a contact phone number or website. DO NOT include any information you would not want released to the general public.

Step Four:

Hit the "Save" button underneath the form. After your event is reviewed and approved by our staff it will be posted live to the calendar. Please list all events seperately. DO NOT submit duplicates, as they may be caught up in our spam filter.
